OUR PROGRAM

Our program offers an itinerary geared for everyone, from the early bird to the night owl.

OUR CHILDREN’S PROGRAM

We work hard to keep your kids happy!
Our day camp is staffed by enthusiastic, experienced, and fun loving counselors who are here to give your kids the experience of a lifetime.
Our children’s program includes daily arts ‘n crafts, music ‘n movement, sports, magic shows, balloon shaping, and much more!
We offer a daily children’s movie, as well as storytime in the evening, in order to give parents some time to unwind after dinner.

OUR TOURS     

Our package includes optional Chol Hamoed tours with transportation on comfortable, air-conditioned coach buses. The tours offer a wide range of exposure to Israeli culture, our religion, and the beautiful, scenic landscape. Our guides are all English speaking, licensed by the Ministry of Tourism and highly knowledgeable. Enjoy an exhilarating hike through lush vegetation or an inspirational Tanach tour, plus more….

Our highly trained and experienced staff has been directing programs for over 20 years in hotels throughout Israel.
Months of planning have gone into our program to accommodate the needs of all our guests; each and every guest room has been perfected before your arrival.
We ensure a smooth and easy check in and are available to address any concerns.
We pay personal attention to your requests and those of your children, from technical details to a listening ear.
We are available throughout your holiday stay to guarantee your satisfaction in all areas.

THE CUISINE

Our chef has many years of experience in hotel cuisine.

He is constantly upgrading the menus to provide a rich culinary experience.

The breakfast buffet offers an assortment of mouthwatering dairy delights, equipped with egg and pancake stations. We also offer assorted yogurts, puddings, choice of your favorite coffees, plus scrumptious fresh baked goods that are unbelievably kosher for Pesach!

THE KASHRUT

The Kinar hotel is gebrochts and observes the strictest kashrut requirements, while providing our guests with an unforgettable gourmet experience.

The kinar is Shmitta Lechumra

The Kinar Galilee is a Mehadrin hotel year-round. The resort is under the Mehadrin supervision of Rav Auerbach; with some meat and chicken supervised by Rav Landau. Badatz Eida Chareidit and Rav Rubin meat products are also available. The supper buffet offers a wide choice of main courses, carving stations, and kiddies corner, as well as a colorful salad bar, seasonal fruits, and delicious desserts.

FACILITIES

The Kinar Galilee is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Israel, on the banks of the Sea of Galilee. The resort offers a range of amenities for your convenience:

THE ROOMS

All rooms are spacious and have the option for interconnecting family units. The rooms can accommodate two adults and two children, with options for larger family units. Renovated Premium rooms offer luxury, modern accommodations. Many rooms either have balconies or gardens and offer views of the lush gardens. All rooms are fitted with an entertainment system, safe, minibar, and coffee making set, as well as Wi-Fi access.

THE SCHOLARS IN RESIDENCE and LECTURERS

Rav Michael Yammer is a Sha’alvim Hesder alumnus who was appointed Ra”m in 1988. Rav Yamer’s highly engaging shiurim and lectures are well researched and reach a widespread audience.In addition to being an outstanding talmid chacham, Rav Yamer’s keen understanding of people and polished orator skills provide a real learning experience.

Rabbi Reuven Taragin, a former Wexner fellow and musmach of Yeshivat Har Etzion, completed a B.A. in Sciences and Philosophy at Yeshiva University and an M.A. in Jewish History and Education at Touro College (Israel). He serves as Educational Coordinator and Ram (Rebbe) at Yeshivat Hakotel and teaches at many other yeshivot and seminaries. Rabbi Taragin touches on a wide range of topics that are sure to educate and inspire.

Mrs Shani Taragin, completed a B.A. and M.A. in Tanach and Talmud at Bar-Ilan University. While teaching in various institutions in Jerusalem, Gush Etzion, and Beit-Shemesh, she also serves as coordinator of the Intensive Tanach Track (ITT) for post-high school students in Midreshet Lindenbaum. She lectures throughout Israel and serves on the first women’s hotline to deal with issues of Jewish law. Shani is also a tour guide licensed by the Ministry of Tourism and enhances some of our tours with her amazing Tanach insights. Her vast knowledge and familiarity in so many topics have made her lecture series a highlight of our program as she brings the Tanach alive in her engaging and interactive style.

THE BET KNESSET

We have Minyanim throughout the day in the Ashkenazi and Sefardi shul.
The Bet Knesset is well stocked and open throughout the day.
