Rooms

The Herods Vitalis Hotel is unique in having a small number of rooms and suites (53) which are distinctive for their size, luxury and views. They are designed with special oriental and Middle Eastern elements. The suites have generous sun balconies and overlook the sea and/or the swimming pool.

The Vitalis Spa

Spa Facilities

The Vitalis Hotel is proud that its Spa facilities are among the best in the world: • A huge Jacuzzi • Wet and dry sauna for relaxation before treatments • Outside waterfall pool with powerful warm or cold water jets 3 meters high that perform a strong aqua-massaging effect

Beauty treatments

The Spa offers over 60 beauty and massage treatments for women and men and has a team of talented, experienced assistants.

Specials

Treatment for couples: special treatments for couples in the same room – suited particularly for romantic breaks, wedding proposals and special anniversaries. Treatment for pregnant women: a specially arranged series of skin care, cosmetic and body treatments for women in their fourth to eighth month of pregnancy. All facial and skin treatments are formulated to be anti–allergic and do not enter the bloodstream.

Restaurants and Dining

The Chef Laurence Restaurant This restaurant is available for breakfasts and dinners and sets the pace in Eilat for its gourmet preparations. Each dish, based on the catch of the day, is served as a culinary masterpiece with an enticing blend of tastes, aromas and colors. The restaurant is Kosher and special ‘Mehadrin’ dishes can be prepared with advance notice and at added cost.

Laurence Business Lounge

The Laurence Business Lounge is open for the exclusive use of Vitalis guests between 10am to 11pm daily. Furnished with comfortable seating areas, it is intended for personal meetings. There’s no Internet connection here. The Business Lounge offers a rich selection of Tapas entrees and soft drinks offered in buffet style. It does not offer alcohol or bottled drinks.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is located on a raised level and available for the exclusive use of Vitalis guests. It is divided into an inner and outer pool, connected by a swimming channel. The water temperature is maintained at a comfortable level throughout the year. The pool is surrounded by sun decks, lounge chairs and hammocks. During the day you can join one of the aqua-exercise classes. Each guest receives a personal locker in the shower rooms.

Fitness Room

It’s a pleasure to work out on the modern equipment in the Fitness Room while you enjoy the impressive sea views from the large windows. The air-driven equipment is particularly silent, adding to the hotel’s quiet and relaxing atmosphere. There are many fitness activities to choose from, allowing you to maintain your sports routine while on holiday. Choose from several music channels – relaxing, upbeat, pop and more. For 80 shekels per session you can also have private training sessions, either in the hotel or on the beach. Activities: The adjacent Fitness Studio offers regular classes in Spinning, Pilatis, Yoga, Meditation, Aerobics, and more.

Entertainment

You have the advantage at Vitalis of having free entry to the many entertainment activities run by the Herods Palace Hotel. This includes musical shows, cabarets, entertainment teams, bingo and fun games. Specially invited singers and stand-up comedians are regularly invited to appear in the Palace’s Officers Bar near the Lobby. In addition, as a Fattal guest you’re entitled to free entry at the Fattal private beach – the Dekel Beach – where famous artists appear during the summer.

Other Services

Concierge Located in the Herods Palace Hotel, this service is very useful in offering local advice and arranging your bookings for restaurants and special trips. Internet Vitalis guests can arrange Wi-fi Internet connections in their rooms for 25 shekels per hour, 80 shekels per day or 200 shekels for 3 days. There are several Internet stations in the Boutique lobby, available free of charge. If you wish to use the Internet facilities in the Sky Business Lounge of the Palace Hotel, entry will cost you 150 shekels per person per day. Snooker two snooker tables are available in the Herods Palace Hotel. Synagogue located in the adjacent Herods Boutique Hotel on the 1st Floor, and open all day throughout the week. Shops Jewellery shop and drugstore are located in the adjacent Herods Palace Hotel. There is also direct access to the Cardo mall and to the many upmarket shops and restaurants on the beach promenade. Parking The Herods campus of 3 hotels includes three large covered parking areas, which are free for Vitalis Hotel guests. Laundry, Ironing, Dry Cleaning and Room Service all available around the clock.

Check-in/check-out

Check-in time to rooms is 3pm. Check-out time is 11am.
