Important warning from the Israel Police force for all hotel visitors

Many hotels use magnetic cards instead of keys for the guest rooms. At the end of your stay do not return this card (key) to the hotel! This card must be destroyed as it contains all of the information that you gave over to the hotel at the time of check-in (your address, credit card number and expiry day etc). Any individual with a card reader, which is an inexpensive item that can be purchased at any computer store, can have access to all of this information easily.
